EXCHANGE POLICY
We continuously strive to ensure that we provide all our customers with an amazing online shopping experience. Please understand that we only replace products if they are defective or damaged. In such instances, we would be happy to have the product exchanged.

All exchanges are required to be informed within 3 days upon receiving the product. Kindly email us at sales@adspace.com.sg.

All products to be replaced are required to be received by us within 7 days upon informing us.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product returned must be in its original packaging, in the same condition in which it was received, and must include all items that were in the original package.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The Invoice number or Order ID is required for reference purposes.

Upon receiving the item, we will perform a quality check and ensure that the item is in its original condition. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
